1-) We only work with trustable and responsive cargo companies (DHL) ; please do not insist for a specific company.

2-) The cost of delivery for all packages is $19. (Fixed Price)

3-) Your parcel will be shipped within one or two business days after payment confirmation.

4-) Your package will be handed within a maximum of four business days.

5-) As soon as we send you the order, we will send you the barcode as a PDF file so that you can track it by using this link:

6-) Weekend delivery is not available. If you place your order after Friday afternoon or on weekends, it’ll be forwarded on Monday morning.

7-) No one can see what’s inside the parcels because we mail them as cosmetic products. (Privacy)
